MS Move Management has been certified FAIM (movers’ ISO) since 1998. We were one of the first in Switzerland to obtain this certification.

For customer satisfaction evaluation, an outside organization regularly checks the quality of our services among all customers we have moved, and customers’ appreciation of the handling of any complaints which may have arisen.

MS Move Management is today one of the leading moving companies as regards information management, and for using innovative technology. All moves are managed thanks to bespoke software. Quotations and inventories are created on the spot using a bar code system, allowing us to track each item of our customers’ possessions.
