Do you charge for your quotation at my home?

Our quotation is absolutely free, our consultants come to your home so as to be able to give you the most accurate quotation possible. Both for us and for you, it’s the guarantee of unfailing good service.

How do you estimate the price for my move?

The price for a move depends on a number of criteria including the distance involved and the volume required to transport your belongings. Thanks to their experience, and also to our IT tools, our consultants will be able to give a precise estimate of the cost of your move.

Do you insure my belongings?

When we have loaded all the items, we are able to insure your belongings. Our consultant will provide all necessary information.

What is the FAIM certification, and why are you not ISO certified?

FAIM has certified the quality of our services; this is the quality label for international movers. This certification is renewed every two years by an examiner who checks several hundred quality criteria. We can therefore state that FAIM is equivalent to the ISO 9000 norm used by other companies.

Do you do the packing?

That is our job, we take considerable care in packing all your items with the necessary degree of protection depending on the fragility of the object or the distance to be travelled. For special objects we even go so far as to make customized packaging specifically for your particular item. Nonetheless, if you would like to reduce the cost of your move, you may do the packing yourself.

Do you take responsibility for customs clearance?

Our administrative teams will deal with all customs formalities with you. Their experience will relieve you of the vast majority of these worries.

I live at the top of an apartment block which isn’t easy to reach. Are you equipped for such eventualities?

Our furniture lifts allow us to handle virtually all situations, but in any case our consultants will find the safest and most rational solution to your problem.

When must I pay for my move?

You consultant will be pleased to explain this to you. It is customary for a move to be paid in advance, but latest when crossing the border or when it comes to unloading. Our movers are equipped with computer terminals, meaning that you can pay with a normal credit card.

Do your employees speak my language?

Our managers express themselves in most of the widely-spoken languages. Our movers can respond to you in English and French, some of them speak other languages in addition.

Is it necessary to leave a «tip»?

We leave this up to you. Our charges cover all services rendered, but if you would like to express you satisfaction with the work of our staff they will appreciate your generosity.

Are the travel and meals expenses of your staff covered?

All costs associated with our employees are included in the overall fee for the move.

Can you put my belongings into storage?

We can store your possessions if you so wish, and for as long as you need. Our storage facilities meet the highest security standards.

Are you as careful with my home as with my possessions?

Where it is necessary (bad weather, moving in when the construction unfinished, delicate floors and/or walls) our movers will protect your home with as much care as if it were their own.

Can you help me with disconnecting and reconnecting my household appliances?

Legislation currently in force does not allow us to connect electrical appliances, but our partners can do it for you.
